At Christy Dawn, we want you to feel beautiful and comfortable in your pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. We believe in honoring the lifecycle of our garments and aim to make the process as seamless as possible for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original compostable packaging and include any tags or accessories that were included with your order.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
